Pinetarsol Solution 200ml

A soap-free cleanser for itchy, inflamed skin.
Gently cleanses while replenishing moisture to rapidly relieve itching, helping prevent further irritation.
Best suited for normal to oily skin types and conditions such as hives and chicken pox.

Avoid using soap, as even ‘mild’ varieties have a high pH (9 to 11) and can aggravate red, itchy skin.
Pinetarsol contains the natural ingredient pine tar, which helps maintain the skin’s natural oils and reduce exacerbation of symptoms.

Use to relieve the symptoms of:

• Eczema

• Dermatitis

• Psoriasis

• Chicken pox

• Nappy rash

• Sunburn

• Prickly heat

• Hives

• Insect bites

• Anal and genital itching

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.

Ingredients:
Actives (w/w):

• Pine Tar 2.3%

• Trolamine Lauril Sulfate 6%
  Preservative:

• Phenethyl Alcohol 1.0% w/w

Directions:

Bath:
Add 15–30 mL* to a warm or tepid bath (5 mL* for a baby’s bath or hand basin).
Bathe for 5–10 minutes once daily, or more frequently in severe cases.
Pat skin dry.
*One capful = 5 mL.

For very inflamed skin, use diluted with water. Shake bottle before use.

Shower:
Apply directly to wet skin. Leave on for a few minutes, then briefly rinse.
Pat skin dry.

Small areas / patients in bed:
Add 10 mL to 3 L of water.
Sponge affected areas, then pat skin dry.

Avoid contact with eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store below 30°C.
